Multi-volume works and journal issues can be requested in the “Pick up on site” section at no cost, the library where they are located will put them aside for you. 

From this section, you can directly select the desired volume or issue:

If you want to have multi-volume works or a journal issue delivered to a different library, you have to request them in the “Further Request Options” section. Here, costs may apply and are indicated when placing the request:

When requesting a multi-volume work in the “Further Request Options” section, please always indicate which volume and/or issue you would like to request in the request form and click on “Display offer” before sending the request.
When requesting a journal issue in the “Further Request Options” section, please always indicate the publication year and either volume or issue number.
