Library resources can be searched using three standard search profiles: swisscovery, swisscovery plus, and—available only in local interfaces—‘My Library’. Some local interfaces may also provide additional custom search profiles. Search profiles must be selected directly from the search bar.
swisscovery:
swisscovery searches physical resources, full-text electronic resources, digital objects, and institutional repositories from more than 500 academic libraries across Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
swisscovery plus:
In addition to physical resources, full-text electronic resources, digital objects, and institutional repositories, swisscovery plus also searches documents from selected Renouvaud libraries and electronic resources without full text.
Note: Renouvaud holdings are searchable and can be requested via the “Further request options” section, but they are not displayed in the “Pick up on site” section.
“My library”:
“My Library” is available only in local interfaces and limits results to a single library or a group of libraries. Only items from their physical and electronic collections are displayed.
