The “Pick up on site” and “Further request options” sections offer the possibility to request partial digitization of documents, such as an article or a book chapter.

“Pick up on site”

If your library or institution offers a preferential rate for digitization, use the “Digitization” button in the “Pick up on site” section to ensure that this rate is applied.

To find out whether you are eligible for a preferential rate, please consult your library’s website.

“Further request options”

If you do not benefit from a preferential rate, use the “Digitization” option available in the “Further request options” section.

Fill out the form with the details of the chapter or article you need, then click on “Send the request”.

Note: If your library offers a preferential rate for digitization, this section does not guarantee that the preferential rate will be applied. To benefit from this rate, please use the “Digitization” button in the “Pick up on site” or “Pick up on site at other libraries” sections when placing your request.

Please note that the displayed delivery time is an estimate. Occasional library closures, for example during holidays, may affect delivery times.

Digitization requests made via the “Further request options” section are priced at 5.– per request.
