The “Pick up on site” and “Pick up on site at other libraries” sections allow you to request physical documents directly from the libraries that hold them.

If you request a document in these sections using the “Loan” button, the holding library will set it aside for you at no cost and notify you when it is ready for pickup at their circulation desk.

Requesting physical documents in the «Pick up on site» and «Pick up on site at other libraries» sections is free of charge.
