To access your account, log in to swisscovery or a local interface, then click your name in the top right corner of the page.

A pop-up menu will appear, giving you quick access to your loans, requests, personal details and settings, favorites, search history, and language options.

To view all your account information, select “My Account.” This section provides a complete overview, including your current and past fees, reminders, messages, and additional services.

After clicking on “My Account,” you will be taken to the “Overview” page.

Use the top navigation menu to switch between sections such as Loans, Requests, Fees, Blocks and Messages, and Personal details and settings.

Each institution has a dedicated space. For example, any requests or actions made at BCU Fribourg will appear in the BCU Fribourg space, while those made at ETH Zürich will appear in the ETH Zürich space. These spaces are accessible in swisscovery and across all local interfaces, and you can switch between them using the left-hand column.

The institution highlighted with a black background in the left-hand column shows which space you are currently viewing.
