The “Pick up on site” section shows which libraries hold a physical copy of the document.
It also provides filters to restrict results by location, volume, or year.
By selecting a location, the item details are displayed, including availability information, its location within the library, and loan conditions.
Clicking on the library name redirects you to a page with its address and contact information.
Below the library name, the holdings details for journals and multi-volume works are displayed.
Locations for related titles
For some book chapters, the “Locations for related titles” section provides a link to the full record of the book and, when possible, allows you to place a request.
In the case of a publisher series, this section also includes a link to the series details.
Pick up on site at other libraries
The “Pick up on site at other libraries” section is similar to the “Pick up on site” section, but it displays availability at other swisscovery member libraries.
The «Pick up on site» and «Pick up on site at other libraries» sections offer the following delivery services:
- Booking
- Digitization (oavailable only to users with preferential pricing)
- Local courier services (Region Zentralschweiz, Universität St.Gallen, UZH and ZB Zürich, Region Basel, PH – HEP, Universität and PH Bern, HES-SO and ETH Zürich)
- Loan
- Purchase requests
- Reservation
